Class is a 60 minute program consisting of a 5-7 minute warm-up phase progressing to a low impact moderate intensity cardio-vascular section alternating with segments of high impact work (25-35 minutes). Participants usually maintain 70 85% Maximum Heart Rate during this section. The remainder of the class is performed on a mat and includes conditioning and stretching.
