It's Your Life. Be Active
It’s your Life, Be Active is a 4 week course about helping you:
- learn about the benefits of physical activity,
- experience samples of physical activity that are appropiate for your body and age, including breathing, warming up, stretching after walking, how to exercise at home for free using tins of food (without eating them!)
- plan being physically active and to be actiive
- how much physcial activity do you really need for your body?
It's Your Life. Be Active courses will commence early 2010 accross Qld and will continue throughout the year
